INTERYARN is monitoring the entire production line 24 hours a day including:

• Room climate temperature & humidity using LTG surveillance data collection system.
• Production data , spinning end breaks , machines efficiency and quality levels from blow room up to the spinning using RIETER SPIDERweb mill control system with WallBoard displays.
• Winding production data, machines & spindles efficiency using SAVIO POLAR data collection system and SIS Savio Identification System for identifying the spinning frame faulty spindle.
• Yarn clearers cuts including all kinds of yarn faults NSLT , colored foreign matters and polypropylene contamination using LOEPFE MillMaster system.
